o Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
o Damage caused by improper installation, use in an improper application or use in conjunction with other devices.
o Normal wear and tear.
o Damage caused by use in racing.
o Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.

* Tips for Shipping Product
o Remove springs (bicycle only)/mounting hardware from shock before returning.
o Use bubble wrap or some soft material to enclose shocks in order to prevent shipping damage.
o Use a box for shipping product. Plastic wrap will not protect product in transit.
o Be sure that the RGA number is clearly visible on the ends of the shipping carton.
